    Some Reviews :
"The album itself has no flat spots whatsoever, from the opening notes to its ending Syphor deliver one hundred percent pure metal"
(Andy Phelps of The Metal Review themetalreview.com/albums/1967/ )

"I can not express here enough about how much I like this band. This band is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect. If you want the best in metal, well here it is. I am more than ready for the new album. The first album is epic so America I hope you feast on both. In your face heavy metal, Thats Syphor."

Formed in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland, Syphor has gained popularity among Metalheads throughout the world for the metal styles they play: Trash, Black, and Deathmetal. Playing Thrashmetal Riffs and performing on stage in several European Festivals have encouraged ‘Syphor’ to release their debut album, ‘Stained Glass Blasphemy,’ on February 2011. The musical quality in this new album is somewhat similar to their debut album with a lot of thrashy riffs. In ‘For What Remains,’ the band’s musicality is more mature, unique, and elaborate. You can find melodious and harmonic riffs in this album alongside common trash riffs. Many Metalheads assume the music they play is Trash Death, and as true as it may seem, the most important point is the band’s ability to combine classical and modern trash riffs with deathmetal groove or rhythm. With melody combinations played harmonically and melodiously, Syphor’s music tends to sound more complex and pleasant to the ears of those listeners seeking for quality of an artwork or creativity.

lyrics

If the souls the price of blind faith,
we can’t justify the means,
the cost of patience torment, left alone,
the empty construct, in the mind-set burns,
the palace shaken, temple overthrown,

Compelled against our will conformed,
propelled into the order of a false lord,
fallen to the cult,
against the rules of honor,
mortal sins denied remorse,
and face the judgement of your god.

The salvation's savaged and scorned,
the relenting tides of ruin recede,
and bleed, on the shores of grey,
the last great symphony.

Content within this place our fall from grace,
the hallowed light is gone,
the sinners struggle on,
lament the days of blissful past,
dissolved in time, diluted through the years,
choking back the tears,

The salvation's savaged and scorn,
the relenting tides of ruin recede,
and bleed.

You drown in your profound regret,
the legacy precedes the ancient fictional
scrolls of heresy,

The gleeful face of evil, sneering, mocking,
a shock of fever grips the conscience,
vision, will they wake up?

The wicked voice of rapture beckons,
engulfs the silent shores in flames , the reckoning,

The salvation's savaged and scorn,
the relenting tides of ruin recede,
and bleed.
